Hi, I’m Harshali. I love building things.

I’m a Principal Product Manager with twelve years in Enterprise B2B SaaS. I’ve worked on Conversational AI products since before ChatGPT, and I now work on a cool journey analytics product. Some of what I built worked well. Some didn’t. I learned a lot either way.

Right now I’m doing two things at once. I write about the craft of building enterprise software, the parts that don’t show up in the usual PM advice. And I’m building apps of my own, even though I’m not a developer. That second one I’m doing in public, so you’ll see the decisions and the wrong turns as they happen, not tidied up afterward.
